Rosa had loved living in this stunning Art Deco gem, now it was time for her next move to the beaches.
With it being a unique one bedroom apartment, I knew we had to make sure everything possible was done to attract and engage buyers. Through strong communication and also negotiating at the pointy end with one buyer, a fantastic result was achieved.

Her capacity to negotiate effectively in these circumstances was critical to the sale proceeding.
