After 30 years of living in this beautiful apartment, it was time for Jennifer and Allister to go into retirement living. I was contacted by their niece Anya and her husband Derek who were based in Queensland to transform and sell the property.
With it being well loved for so long, we wanted to return the charm to this gorgeous character apartment. I again project managed the entire process from carpet, paint and styling. With over 70 buyers through just the first open, this freshen up certainly paid off.
